Invitation Letter
If you require documentation to support your travel planning or visa application for attendance at the Âé¶¹Çø Bioinformatics, Genomics and Big Data Conference, you may use the generic invitation letter provided below. The letter confirms the conference dates and your intent to participate as an attendee.
Please note that all travel, accommodation, registration and visa-related expenses are the responsibility of the attendee. Âé¶¹Çø is unable to provide additional documentation, personalized invitation letters or financial assistance beyond the generic invitation letter provided.

Registration Policies
Cancellations
Âé¶¹Çø will refund registration fees, minus a $50 processing fee, to paid registrants who submit a cancellation request to registration@asmusa.org on or before Friday, Sept. 4, 2026. All refunds will be processed following the conference (after the Âé¶¹Çø BIG).
Substitutions
There will be no substitution. Registrants who cannot attend due to medical restrictions may receive full refunds with supporting documentation. Âé¶¹Çø is not responsible for cancellation of fees resulting from scheduling, transportation, hotel or other travel-related expenses. We strongly recommend that all participants purchase travel insurance.
Âé¶¹Çø Events Code of Conduct
All registrants are required to adhere to the Âé¶¹Çø Events Code of Conduct, which outlines expectations for a respectful, inclusive and safe environment. Please review the Code of Conduct for full details.
Hotel Accommodations
Âé¶¹Çø has secured discounted room rates at the Hyatt Regency Washington on Capitol Hill, 400 New Jersey Ave NW, Washington, D.C. 20001, and encourages participants to book within the official Âé¶¹Çø BIG room block for the best selection and rates. The Hyatt is offering a $369.00 room rate (plus tax) to Âé¶¹Çø BIG Conference participants. Online reservations will be available on a first come, first served basis until Monday, Sept. 14, 2026.
