However, these resources are distributed across institutions and often connected through informal networks rather than coordinated systems. This fragmentation creates delays for patients, slows evidence generation and limits broader implementation.

The PTCN is bringing together clinicians, researchers, regulators, manufacturers, phage repositories and patient advocates to identify practical solutions that can strengthen phage therapy capacity in the U.S.

• Continuous Learning: generation of standardized data that can inform future patient care and policy development.
